FLOWING GAUGE

  Flow rate is the amount of liquid through a cross-section of a runner or pipe is a measure of the volume of liquid moving through that cross-section in a time unit.
There are actually two types of traffic commonly used in the sense above:
+ The flow of a river or canal
+ The flow of liquid transport through pipelines
